HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you've completed your selections, click the cart icon: you'll be redirected to a summary page of your order. You can then confirm your delivery address, accept the terms and conditions of sale, choose your delivery method, and then finalize by selecting your payment method.
You can simply provide your details for this order or create an account to simplify your future purchases and tracking.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items and the chosen carrier. By adding the desired products to your cart, the total shipping costs will be automatically calculated.
What are the payment methods?

Payment by credit card : Enter your bank details using the secure payment system.
Payment via PayPal : After being redirected to the secure PayPal platform, click on “Pay with my PayPal account” then log in to finalize your payment.
Once the order is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER: Your orders are carefully prepared and then shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Except in cases of high traffic during events or commercial offers, where a longer delay may be necessary.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER: this varies depending on the mode of transport you have chosen.
With Mondial Relay: Once your package has been dropped off, the carrier will indicate a delivery time of 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays - mainland France). More information on eligible countries in Europe here .
With Colissimo: Once your package has been dropped off, the carrier will indicate a delivery time of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays - mainland France)
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking on "My Orders." You will also receive email updates at each stage of your order's shipment. Be sure to check your spam folder.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return the item(s) that are not suitable.
