RETURN POLICY
In accordance with articles L121-21 to L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition : unworn, unwashed, with their tags and packaging (including the clear pouch) and free of any odor.
- The return must be made to our address , we will not be able to collect a package sent to a relay point.
- Any return sent after the deadline will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
- All returns will be refunded in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year , unless the error is ours. In the latter case, we will offer to return the items if in stock at our expense or refund them to your original payment method.
Return procedure:
Return costs are your responsibility.
1. Return request by email
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please send us your request by email to contact@sistoeurs.com . We will also provide you with the postal address to which you should return your items.
2. Complete the return form

No printer? Copy it onto plain paper, including: order number, first name, last name, email address used when purchasing, and references of the items to be returned.
3. Prepare your package
Place the completed form in the package and replace the items in their original individual packaging (transparent pouch required).
4. Send the package
- In France: return only via Colissimo La Poste (to the address provided)
- Outside France: carrier of your choice, but delivery is mandatory to our direct address (no relay points either).
5. Keep proof of sending
Keep the Colissimo deposit receipt safe until the refund is confirmed.
RETURN PROCESSING:
- Returns are processed in order of arrival, within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- We do not send confirmation of receipt of the package.
- Once the return is validated, you will receive an email containing your credit note (valid for 1 year on the entire store).
SPECIAL CASES:
Missing or defective item: if your order has a defect or an item is missing, please notify us by email at contact@sistoeurs.com , attaching a photo in the case of a defect, before any return process .
Uncollected package :
- If an uncollected package is returned to us, you will receive an email to inform you.
- You can request a new shipment (shipping costs at your expense).
- If you prefer a refund, the shipping costs and a €5 processing fee will be deducted from your order amount.
